5 p.m. - 6:30 p.m
Time schedule：
5 p.m. - pick up at the accommodation
5:15 p.m. - briefing/lecture on land
5:30 p.m. - SUP time
6:30 p.m. - transport back to the accommodation

For people who want to SUP more! -
Time：
8:30a.m. - 11:30 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Time schedule：
8:30 a.m.(1:30 p.m.) - pick up at the accommodation
8:45 a.m.(1:45 p.m.) - briefing/lecture on land
9 a.m.(2 p.m.) - SUP time
11:30 a.m.(4:30 p.m.) - transport back to the accommodation
